Victory Softphone — Privacy Policy

Overview

Victory Softphone is an internal Chrome extension built by Clear Bridge Group Pty Ltd for use by its employees. It provides reliable telephony functionality for the Victory CRM platform.

Data Collection

This extension does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically, it does not collect:

• Personally identifiable information
• Health, financial, or authentication information
• Personal communications, location, or web history
• User activity (clicks, keystrokes, browsing behaviour)
• Website content from any site other than Victory CRM

Local Storage

The extension stores a rolling log of up to 500 telephony event entries (e.g. "call connected", "call disconnected", "error") in Chrome's local storage for debugging purposes. These logs contain only timestamps, event types, and Twilio call identifiers. They never leave the user's device and can be cleared at any time.

Network Requests

The extension makes requests only to:

• victory.clearbridge.com.au — to fetch Twilio authentication tokens using existing session cookies
• Twilio's infrastructure — standard WebRTC connections for voice calls (managed by the Twilio Voice SDK)

No data is sent to any other third party.

Permissions

• Offscreen — runs the Twilio Voice SDK in a persistent background document for reliable call handling
• Storage — stores debug logs locally
• Host permissions — accesses Victory CRM for authentication and UI integration
